Use the office that created or maintains the Stephens County record:

- Criminal histories: contact the Georgia Bureau of Investigation's GCIC
- Arrest, booking, and jail records: call Stephens Sheriff Operations, Jail and Records at 706-886-2514
- Warrants and first appearances: call Stephens Magistrate Court at 706-886-6205
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Record restriction and sealing: follow the arresting-agency, prosecutor, court, and GCIC route that fits the case

The Superior Court Clerk is in Suite 202 at the same street address. Call before visiting because published counter hours were not confirmed for every office.
